Youth/Junior Stunt Tryout Workout (Athletes Born in 2009 or Later!)
This dynamic workout is designed for our more experienced youth and junior athletes as the first step in the evaluation process. Athletes will tumble, jump, stunt, and condition, focusing on refining technique, executing age-appropriate skills with confidence, and building strength and coordination. Coaches will assess how athletes adapt to various stunt roles, demonstrate showmanship, and work within a team. This session helps athletes grow and gives coaches valuable insight ahead of team placements!
