About Us
At Tri-Cities Elite, we believe the gym should be more than just a place to practice. It should be a place where athletes grow, work hard, build confidence, and feel supported every step of the way.
Our goal is to help every athlete develop strong skills while also creating a positive environment where friendships grow, families connect, and athletes learn the value of dedication and teamwork.
We strive to create a space where every athlete feels encouraged, supported, and valued — a place where they know they belong. At TCE, we hope the gym becomes a safe place and a second home, where athletes can be themselves, work toward their goals, and build memories and relationships that last far beyond their time on the mat.
Coach Alonna
Coach Alonna has a lifelong passion for both dance and cheer. She began dancing at just two years old and has spent the last five years competing and continuing to grow as a performer.
Her dance accomplishments include the distinguished opportunity to perform in The Nutcracker with the renowned Russian Moscow Ballet, training in ballroom dance under the guidance of Val and Jenna, earning a ballet scholarship to train in Los Angeles, and receiving the Corbin Award for Supporting Dancer at Lamplight Theatre.
Alonna is still an active competitive dancer and currently serves as an assistant coach for Purple Chaos while also cheering on Pink Envy at Tri-Cities Elite. She is also a proud member of the Daniel Boone Dance Team.
In addition to coaching cheer, Alonna choreographs and coaches all of Tri-Cities Elite’s competitive dance teams, bringing creativity, passion, and strong technique to every routine.
Alonna loves sharing her passion for the sport and helping young athletes grow in confidence, performance, and skill both on and off the mat.
Coach Jessica
Coach Jessica grew up cheering and has always had a passion for working with young athletes. Over the years she has gained valuable experience coaching at multiple levels, including leading a community recreational cheer program and serving as a middle school cheer coach for three years.
Jessica also spent three years coaching alongside Coach Neisha at CIM, where she helped develop athletes and build strong team foundations.
At Tri-Cities Elite, Jessica is the head coach for the Novice team, Black Frenzy, where she focuses on helping young athletes learn the fundamentals of cheer while building confidence and teamwork. In addition to coaching, she assists with tumbling classes and helps manage the front desk, making her an important part of the daily operations at TCE.
Jessica loves helping athletes grow both on and off the mat and enjoys being part of the positive, family-centered environment at Tri-Cities Elite.
Coach Neisha
Coach Neisha has a lifelong passion for cheerleading and athlete development. She began her cheer journey at Blountville Elementary, Blountville Middle School, and Sullivan Central High School, where she first discovered her love for the sport.
With over 18 years of experience in cheerleading and tumbling coaching, Neisha has built a strong background in both cheer and gymnastics instruction. While living in Florida, she served as the Head Cheer Coach at WHCS High School for six years and spent three years coaching competitive recreational teams at CIM.
Neisha is the Owner and Director of Tri-Cities Elite, where she also coaches all Prep cheer teams. She is passionate about creating a positive environment where athletes can grow not only in their skills, but also in their confidence, character, and love for the sport.
For Neisha, coaching is about more than routines and competitions — it’s about mentoring athletes, building a strong gym family, and helping every athlete reach their full potential both on and off the mat.
